Celebrate 2012 with your pets in selected yurts & cabins (2012)

Thirteen cabins and 20 yurts in 21 Oregon State Parks are pet friendly.

Dogs and cats are welcome  guests in 21 campgrounds that offer pet-friendly yurts and cabins. There’s an optional $10 per night contribution to help us cover the additional costs to keep these pet-friendly units open. Pets are defined as dogs and cats and are limited to two animals per visit.

Call Reservations Northwest at 1-800-452-5687 (8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays) to book your stay.

Only the yurts and cabins listed below are open to pets. Pets are not allowed in any other yurt, cabin or building, unless they are a service animal.

  1. YAY, we have friends that have small dogs and do not have their own trailer as of yet. THIS IS AWESOME FOR THEM….AND US!

  2. I am glad to see that it would be possible to bring up to 2 pets, to certain yurts. Our favorite is not on the list, but it is good to know that one can plan a trip with pets. The fee seems reasonable, and if it generates revenue to OPRD, all the better.

  3. Mary and Zora (the wonder dog)

    Its a good start!

  4. When I originally left a comment I appear to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment is added I get 4 emails with the same comment. Perhaps there is a means you are able to remove me from that service? Kudos!
